LOGAN

Hey there! My name is Logan Green. I am the founder and head coach of Chapter One.

MY STORY

Growing up, there was nothing I loved more than exploring new hobbies. Lacrosse, football, and motocross were some of my earliest passions, and as I got older, snowboarding, bodybuilding, hunting, and fishing became part of the mix. I was the kind of kid who locked in on an activity, obsessed over every detail, and learned everything I could—thank you YouTube. Some activities faded, but a few stuck. Lacrosse and bodybuilding were two I could never shake.

I discovered bodybuilding when I joined my first gym in 2016, and it quickly became an obsession. I was always searching for ways to improve; experimenting with new training splits, modifying my nutrition, and perfecting movements. Around the same time, I committed to playing lacrosse at a Division III university. I quickly realized that being a collegiate athlete meant that bodybuilding would have to take a back seat, and my true passion lied in the gym and not on the field. I loved being 100% hands-on, in control of my training. That realization ultimately led me to step away from continuing my lacrosse career at the collegiate level. I continued my college career at Eastern & Villanova University and graduated with a double major in mathematics and mechanical engineering.

I’ve always had a passion for coaching and teaching. It started with taking my little brother and high school friends to the gym, teaching them the basics of lifting. Then, it progressed to taking my college buddies and old lacrosse teammates to the gym. I realized how much I loved sharing my training and nutrition with others. More importantly, I saw that people were actually finding value in it. Realizing I could motivate and educate others to make even the smallest changes in their lifestyles was extremely rewarding.

Now, I’m at the start of a brand-new chapter. I’m currently training for my first Men’s Physique bodybuilding show in June, just months after undergoing a total hip replacement in September of 2024. This journey is about more than just competing—It’s about seeing what I’m truly capable of with a brand-new hip, and of course, earning my OCB natural pro card (because who doesn’t like to win)? But more than anything, I want to show people that if you truly believe in yourself, nothing can hold you back. What you think, see, and feel inside of you will become your reality.

Taking the first step—starting Chapter One—is half the battle. Commit, and don’t look back.
